ConstructionWATCH THIS SPACE...At last, Coogee Bay Hotel embarks on the next phase of their exciting refurbishment program. Stage two plans focus on the transformation of the Hotel's popular Beer Garden and Brasserie, opening the way for improved open air facilities, dining areas and food service.
Coogee Bay Hotel has long been committed to leading the industry and striving for excellence in customer service. Our goal is to improve the facilities at our multi-purpose venue through an ongoing program of renovations and improved infrastructure.
Along with providing modern, sophisticated lounge and dining areas for patrons, Coogee Bay Hotel has concentrated on expanding the food service offerings to include a wider variety of fresh healthy options. New menus, improved traffic flow and easy access to services have been carefully considered and are key elements for the successful implementation of the plans. The second stage plans continue from last years program of renovations to bars along Coogee Bay Road along with Retail Liquor outlets and Accommodation facilities. The Beach Bar will also receive attention with a facelift of the current space, while waiting for a full refurbishment during stage three of the program. "Last year saw the opening of a brand new Sports Bar, TAB, Bottle Shop and Lounge Eight on Coogee Bay Road. The Hotel's Liquor Barn and Boutique Accommodation have also been refurbished, providing high standard facilities for our guest and clients" said General Manager, Tony Williams. "The team at Coogee Bay Hotel are very excited about the range of new services and products this refurbishment will provide." Tony added. "The Beer Garden is such a popular area, but can't really be utilised during the colder months. These new changes will provide warmth and comfort, opening the way for guests to enjoy this space through-out the year". The refurbishment program is scheduled from mid-June, to take advantage of the quieter winter months. Plans have been programmed to minimize noise and visual impact for our patrons. |
