It's not often we take the time to say thank you but in this case it is very well deserved.
We held our Sales Conference at your property last week from Monday to Wednesday and from my first initial contact with Kirrilee I could have not asked for better service. Kirrilee was always prompt and professional when I was trying to secure the venue and accommodation. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
We then had the pleasure of having Tim and Chris look after us and they also provided a service as high as Kirrilee. They constantly checked on us and nothing was too much trouble for them. They presented well and everyone knew them within 24 hours of being there. They constantly smiled and gave us 100%. Compliments to the Chef also as all food served was exceptional.
I was sceptical about the venue at first as our staff are very use to going overseas to 5 star hotels but we all made comment that most of our 5 star properties don't even give us a service of this high level. Everyone enjoyed everything about your venue and your staff just topped it off.
Please pass on our thanks to them as you really do have a fantastic team. We hope to return again soon.
